Egypt is a Muslim country and while there are disco of sorts and perhaps most famous of all - Belly Dancing, if nightlife is what you are after, a better bet would be Mexico for nightlife:

Thanks for using my photo! I thought this post was a great comparison between the two countries. I knew that they both had pyramids, but I didn't know that they had all the other similarities (such as beaches).
